Weekly Eesti Ekspress and Delfi TV about Us

The Estonian weekly Eesti Ekspress of 15 March included a feature by Mr Toivo Tänavsuu A Brave Pastor Uses Lenin's Head to Raise a Million Dollars.

The story tells an episode in the life of the founder of the Village of Hope, the bishop emeritus of the Estonian Christian Pentecostal Church (ECPC) Märt Vähi: he gave Lenin's bronze head as a present to a Canadian billionaire, and was given a donation of a million dollars to buy facilities for the ECPC centre. Read the article.

On Delfi TV you can see an interview with Mr Märt Vähi about the life in the Village of Hope, and with Mr Erik Valmsen about his childhood, his former life as a drug addict, and the help he was given in the Village of Hope. Both videos are accessible here.
